Description: One of the hardiest of the oriental cherries. Foliage emerges purplish-bronze maturing to dark green and turns brilliant scarlet red in fall. Single pink flowers in April-May yield 1/3' purple-black fruits in June-July. Rounded to wide spreading in habit.
